The unique particle formulation and non-reactive material makeup of Nylon PA 12 S deliver excellent dimensional stability, surface finish, and a high-reusability rate.

The material’s high powder reuse rate of up to 85% is achieved through precise thermal control and particle size distribution, which minimizes degradation during repeated print cycles. This advanced formulation not only contributes to lower variable costs per part but also supports efficient, large-scale production with consistent quality.
