Once a print is completed, we offer several post-processing options for plastic and metal 3D-printed parts. These options include dyeing, coloring, vapor smoothing, tumbling, and blasting to improve the aesthetics and performance of the part.
Endeavor 3D’s post-processing capabilities can be used to:

Initial Processing
Depowdering
Loose powder is removed from the 3D printed parts using compressed air or vacuum systems.
Bead Blasting
The parts are bead blasted with various media to smooth the surface and remove any remaining powder.
Advanced Finishing
Vapor Smoothing
Creates a glossy, polished finish by exposing a part to vaporized chemicals that smooth out the surface.
Tumble Smoothing
Creates a polished surface finish up to 90% faster than low-energy deburring tumblers.
Texturing
Leverages advanced digital texturing techniques to produce 3D printed parts with a range of textures.
Dyeing
Dyed (Black)
A matte black finish using DyeMansion post-processing or our in-house black dye solution.
